Summer Days, Matthew's Move to Austin

Summer days for kids are the glory days, and Jack and Benjamin split those days between home, our apartment in Houston, our house in Austin, and all the usual suspects. We celebrated Father’s Day and Mark’s birthday here in Austin with Elizabeth and the boys. And then we watched with amazement as Jean’s house was transformed with new paint inside and out. The end result was a home away from home. It would warm my heart every time I walked into Matthew’s house. And when Elizabeth and family would drive over and make the family complete in Austin, well it didn’t get better than that.
