Goodbye to Summer
I had a sinking feeling leaving Disneyworld, mostly due to nostalgia for our times there with our three children, but also because I felt empathy for our grandsons. It was the end of their summer after all. We had fun doing our usual things at home and at our favorite spots, and I thought back to some of the unforgettable moments of the summer — like rescuing the lost turtle at the Arboretum, and scootering on the Riverwalk in New Orleans on a trip with Mommy and Daddy—before the return to school days.
