One day of my visit, Elizabeth and I found our way to beautiful Rock Creek Cemetery, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Adams Memorial, a sculpture that Elizabeth had studied, was as moving as she expected it to be. Afterwards we walked around Georgetown all decorated for Halloween.
